These terms and conditions set out the basis on which you can use our website and place orders for items from www.bathunigifts.com & go.bath.ac.uk/Express-Delivery. By ordering goods from this website, you are deemed to have understood and accepted these terms. The supplier of the goods featured is the University of Bath Fresh, Claverton Down, Bath, BA2 7AY. VAT Number 639 5421 22.
The University does not hold your data. Data required for purchase is held securely by the payment gateway provider, in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (2016). Data will not be used for marketing or promotional purposes, and only used to contact you to provide order updates.
We may change these terms and conditions at any time without notice. Any changes will apply to subsequent orders.Please note that terms and conditions are specific to the type of product you are ordering; Grocery orders are processed separately to Memorabilia, Gifts & Clothing orders.
When an order is placed a contract is formed between the purchaser and the University of Bath. We will not be bound to supply any goods ordered until we have notified you of our acceptance of an order. We reserve the right to reject any order and will notify you of any such rejection. Orders for food and drink items must be placed separately to orders for University merchandise.
Shipment of Memorabilia, Gifts & Clothing orders
Orders placed and paid using the payment gateway WorldPay will be dispatched within 3 working days. Deliveries will be sent using the postage method selected at checkout. International deliveries will take longer depending on the postage method selected at checkout and the services in the designated country. Please note that customs charges may be payable on international deliveries. These are not included in the cost of the product or shipping.
Collection of Memorabilia, Gifts & Clothing orders
Orders placed and paid using the payment gateway WorldPay before 6pm Sunday to Friday will be available for collection from 11am the following morning from the chosen collection location. Orders placed on Saturday will be available to collect from 11am the following Monday morning. Orders not collected after two days will be returned to store, and a refund will be issued.
Collection of Grocery orders
Orders placed and paid using the payment gateway WorldPay before 6pm Sunday to Friday will be available for collection from 11am the following morning. Orders placed on Saturday will be available to collect from 11am the following Monday morning. Orders not collected after two days will be returned to store, and a refund will be issued.
If your goods are faulty please email email@example.com with evidence of the faulty item to arrange a return and refund.
Grocery: Due to Covid-19 restrictions any returns of Grocery products need to be evaluated on a case by case basis. Please contact the store by email on firstname.lastname@example.org, or by phone on 01225 383 901 for further guidance and help.
Memorabilia, Gifts & Clothing: Memorabilia, Gifts & Clothing products should be returned packaged, in the original packaging where possible, by post or in person to the Fresh store in the condition it was sold in.
Processing of all returns may take up to 2 weeks due to extra precautions being taken to ensure the safety of our staff.
If a refund is issued it can take up to 5 working days for it to be processed. If after this time you still have not received your refund please contact us on email@example.com
Return shipping from within the UK will be refunded in full. The customer is liable for return shipping costs from outside the UK.
By Credit and Debit Cards
Payments are taken at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Card details are checked and verified by WorldPay, the payment gateway provider. Bathunigifts.com and go.bath.ac.uk/express-delivery uses WorldPay to process payments, and does not therefore store any credit or debit card details.
We accept no liability for any loss or corruption of data held on your computer, or for any other loss or damage of any kind that occurs to your computer as a result of you accessing our website.

If a complaint cannot be resolved to your complete satisfaction, we or you can refer the problem for conclusion to The Head of Retail (ahs), University of Bath, 2 South, Claverton Down, Bath, BA2 7AY.
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties. No variation of these terms and conditions shall be valid unless it is in writing and signed by the parties.
