Terms and Conditions

 
General   

These terms and conditions set out the basis on which you can use our website and place orders for items from www.bathunigifts.com & go.bath.ac.uk/Express-Delivery. By ordering goods from this website, you are deemed to have understood and accepted these terms. The supplier of the goods featured is the University of Bath Fresh, Claverton Down, Bath, BA2 7AY. VAT Number 639 5421 22.

The University does not hold your data. Data required for purchase is held securely by the payment gateway provider, in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (2016). Data will not be used for marketing or promotional purposes, and only used to contact you to provide order updates.  

We may change these terms and conditions at any time without notice. Any changes will apply to subsequent orders.

Orders

When an order is placed a contract is formed between the purchaser and the University of Bath. We will not be bound to supply any goods ordered until we have notified you of our acceptance of an order. We reserve the right to reject any order and will notify you of any such rejection.

Dispatch

Orders placed and paid using the payment gateway WorldPay before 18:00 Sunday - Friday will be available for collection from 11:00 the following morning. Orders placed on Saturday will be available from 11:00 the following Monday morning. Orders not collected after two days will be returned to store and a refund will be issued.

Faulty Goods

If your goods are faulty please email systems@groups.bath.ac.uk with evidence of the faulty item to receive a refund.

Refunds

If a refund is issued it can take up to 5 working days for it to be processed. If after this time you still have not received your refund please contact us on systems@groups.bath.ac.uk

Payments

By Credit and Debit Cards

Payments are taken at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Card details are checked and verified by WorldPay, the payment gateway provider. Bathunigifts.com and go.bath.ac.uk/express-delivery uses WorldPay to process payments, and does not therefore store any credit or debit card details.

Website

We accept no liability for any loss or corruption of data held on your computer, or for any other loss or damage of any kind that occurs to your computer as a result of you accessing our website.

Complaints

We undertake to deal with any complaint efficiently. In the first instance please contact us at The University of Bath Fresh Store, Claverton Down, Bath, BA2 7AY, or email us at systems@groups.bath.ac.uk

If a complaint cannot be resolved to your complete satisfaction, we or you can refer the problem for conclusion to The Head of Retail (ahs), University of Bath, 2 South, Claverton Down, Bath, BA2 7AY.

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties. No variation of these terms and conditions shall be valid unless it is in writing and signed by the parties.
